Ordering

When disabled, the cart is never validated against POSSE and the validate tool is withheld from the agent.

When disabled, the order is taken end-to-end but never submitted to the POS at end of call.

Upsell

Menu items to suggest at end-of-order, when the customer says they're finished.

When an item can be made into a combo (it offers an optional drink-and-side add-on), the agent offers the upgrade once right after adding it.
